項(xiàng)目為洋房、別墅、商業(yè)外街相結(jié)合的社區(qū)規(guī)劃模式，設(shè)計(jì)師以法式莊園為背景，以現(xiàn)代時(shí)尚生活為導(dǎo)向，延續(xù)古典端莊的尊貴氣質(zhì)，將古典藝術(shù)、格調(diào)、浪漫、閑適的景觀元素融入其中。由于洋房區(qū)與別墅區(qū)存在6米高差，設(shè)計(jì)師巧妙利用跌級(jí)種植及立面裝飾弱化高差帶來的壓抑感，并變弊為利，增加了別墅的私密感。洋房區(qū)設(shè)置四個(gè)宅間組團(tuán)，設(shè)計(jì)師將每個(gè)宅間的功能綜合布置又各具特點(diǎn)，滿足了不同住戶的戶外活動(dòng)要求。

The project calls for a community planning consisting of town house, villa and commercial street. Taking French style manor as the background, the designers extend the noble temperament and blend the design with classical art, tasted, romantic and leisurely landscape elements. There are 6-meter high level difference between townhouse area and villa area. The designers therefore employ cascading plantings and vertical decorations to relief the oppression caused, and meanwhile, enhance privacy of the villas. In the townhouse area, four clusters are provided between the buildings. Each cluster has specific feature and function of its own, which greatly satisfies various demands of different groups of people.
